oh man... who can be sweeter than u??? hahahhaha...

anyway, i hereby declare that SHERLYN WONG is a great baker!!!
no more the girl who tried to cook maggi mee and ended up spilling MSG all over a rice cooker,
nor the girl who 'burst' a microwave while trying to cook seaweed chix..

For Valentine's day, BF and i decide not to spend on presents to save for our BKK trip...
however, being such a sweet GF, i still felt and wanted to do something...
hence, i decided to bake =)



but of cos i did not bake alone. i baked with my dearest tata..

i choose to bake with her, not because she is a great cook nor can she bake well, its because i know i would definitely have fun baking with her...
(by the way, she's just as bad at cooking or baking as me)

OREO CHEESECAKE

the ingredients

first we made the crust

the base of the cake

and then we beat the whiping cream

till it became like this

next, we double boiled gelatin and lemon juice
(definitely the most difficult step of all)

after which, we mixed everything else together with the cream cheese

chopped some oreo into chunks

and some more into bits...
and all is done..

after everything... my neat kitchen became a mess

the part i hate most is washing up =(

the outcome...

nice?? pretty satisfying for both tata and i...
and trust me, its 100% edible and its delicious!!!!

i wonder does BF really appreciate it or not...

oh wells... only he knows...

a few days later, being so into baking, i made another cheesecake.

fish soup/tie ban toufu/sambal kang kong/prawn mee/laksa/spaghetti /creme brulee/fried calamari


hence, our valentine dinner was @ a coffee shop, and we had 'tze cha'

my V'day outfit...
