its gonna be chinese new year in another week...
and i have not bought anything yet!!!


work has been really mad..
mentally taxing i shall say...
everyone is playing mind games..
everyone wants to prove themselves and climb up the ladder.
i just wanna go work and be happy.
is it really so difficult??

anyway, if you still remembered, i went to genting / KL for my birthday...
i'm still trying really hard to catch up with my posts..
AUGUST 2010!!!

woke up really early to catch the bus up to genting...
in fact, i didn't even slp at all..
look at those eye bags...

7 hour bus ride, and all i did was SLEEP!!!
sleep til my butt pain...


reached destination at 12noon
and check-in time was at 3pm..

the sky was clear that day...
no fog..
but it was not cold at all....
damn sian...

though i've been to genting many times, i have not sat the roller coaster outside..
the previous time, it was down for maintenance...

spent the 3 hrs playing games on bf's iphone..

after checking in, off to the casino to win $$$$!!!!
won 750RM and decided to call it a day..
learnt my lesson from the ppl i see at work everyday...
i always urge my guests to leave while they are still on the positive side...



dinner was cheap and good...
and most importantly, FREE...
paid using the $$$ we won...
=)

looks like the indomie i always cook at home...

the next day, we set off for KL...
its a rather rushed trip.
but seriously, there is nth much at genting except for the casinos..
i prefer shopping anytime...

damn foggy....

as usual, i fell asleep..
i think only those who travels with me knows how fast i fall asleep...

its not that expensive..
maybe 100sgd per night??

we always visit this particular restaurant whenever we are at KL...

bf thinking real hard what to order...

after eating the bkt in msia, i really cant appreciate the sg ones anymore...

didnt order sotong...
had the prawns instead...

my bf peels prawns for me =)

in fact he peels them for gek and ching as well...

the main purpose was for the hokkien mee..

woke up pretty late the next day as the only place i wanted to go was pavilion.

it was scorching hot that day...
stupid me didnt bring my sunnies for the trip...



after pavilion, we head back to the hotel to pack up and get ready for the 7hr ride back..

it was a pretty short trip...
however, you being with me mattered the most...

it really felt like i just celebrated my 22nd birthday yesterday!!!

every year, i celebrate my birthdays at least twice..
every year, they put in so much effort to organise a celebration for me, and not forgetting, the presents =)


i'm really thankful i have such great people around me...


be it a mini celebration or one with many many people, deep down inside, i really do appreciate everything.



this year, with ta, gin and joy, at jang shou korean bbq restaurant.

didn't take much pics cos there were other ppl queuing...
and i was more interested in my new toy =D




and to be honest, i was totally shocked upon receiving this..
it now accompanies me to work everyday...





i really do thank you all for still being there for me.
we sure did have our ups and downs.
perhaps we aint as close as before, since all of us are working and in diff parts of the world.



but no matter what happens, u all will always be a part of me.
