i shall be going to work tomorrow.
after more than a week of mc...
i really hope i won't forget everything and be a blur sotong on board.

i am finally blogging on the bintan trip....
i know i'm really really slow.

laggin by a month...

but better late then never right??

for bf's birthday this year, we went to bintan to celebrate instead.
he wanted langkawi, but it was too last min to plan everything...
besides we weren't on really good terms days leading up to his birthday...




so for this trip, i gave away 2 very very good flights for an overnight flight...
HYD.. OMG...
but well, everything was worth...

at least toh chin kiat was on tt flight =)

rushed home after my flight, packed my barang barangs and waited for bf to reach tanah merah mrt before i took a cab to pick him up...
had breakfast at the ferry terminal as i was super hungry..

the part i hate most is the boat ride...
i hate taking boats..
so slow. so draggy.

bf loves his iphone =)

glad he does..
cos i went thru alot of trouble getting it...
only gek knows...

took timer shots and he just had to cover my face with his hand for the last shot...

irritating =(

an hour later, i finally set foot in bintan...

took a shuttle to our hotel...

and was greeted by this dance group...
and not forgetting, a welcome drink...

as we wanted a room near the beach, we had to wait for a while before checking in...
walked around the resort and i spotted this snake and ladders game...
my fav game when i was younger =)

and we finally checked in after 20 mins

i was so damn tired la...
havent slept since my overnight flight....

bf took a bath and watched some tv
while i slept til dinner time...

dinner was at the kelong restaurant...

no food pics cos its always the usual food...
fish. sotong. veg. and soup.

bf trying to be funny again...
he claims he is drinking pocari sweat cum coke...

then at midnight, we celebrated bf's birthday...

nothing fanciful.
just a slice of cake and me =)

we have no one to take pics for us...
so bali with ching? she can be our photographer...
and i can also be hers la...

took a short nap before we head out to the beach for sunrise..
my body clock was haywire after tt overnight flight...
i feel so awake at night, but sleepy in the morning...

it was my first time watching sunrise...

making footprints on the sand is nto as easy as it seems on tv...
i have to stomp real hard..
bf said i looked like a gorilla stomping!!!!

after breakfast, we went back, got changed and went out to the beach again...
i dunno y i look so aunty here...

ppl had moulds to make sand castles.
i have nth. so pardon me if the heart looks a little out of shape...

bf loves the sun and sea.
unfortunately, i'm not such a big fan...
i like the sea, not the sun...

off to play, leaving our poor slippers somewhere....

went for body massage and spa in the evening....

and dinner at pasar oleh oleh...
nth to buy one...

at bintan, there was really nth to do...
everything was expensive.


so swimming, tanning, eating was pretty much what we did...

and i tan like this...
the sun rays damn painful la...
i don't like...

i don't understand why ppl like to tan...

i prefer swimming...
can get a tan like tt also ma...

after a while, we went back to the beach..
to take more pictures...

jumpshots are not easy to take....
after countless attempts, these are the best...

went back to take a bath, checked out and went to other parts of the resort..

i think make up causes discolouration in skin colour..
and the importance of eyeliner...
