the customer is always right...

i personally feel that this phrase is so damn over-used!!
so much to the fact that it pisses me off when i hear that phrase.



i understand that some people in the service line are quite 'xl' but nevertheless, it doesn't hurt to tell that person nicely. especially when that person is already trying his/her best to help you in your situation.


come on. no one owes u a living.
does making other peoples life difficult make you happier???
i really wonder...


note: this has nothing to do with my job. usually the pax onboard are quite nice =)




i just happen to read senseless teens blogs who think they are so damn rich and everyone owes them a living. from sales girls to taxi uncles to waiters to whoever comes in contact with them.

Simply because.... they think they have $$$..
so what....



put youself in the other persons' shoe.
if you were in their position, will you react that way??
i bet u might react even more strongly than they had...
or, u might even give yourself a big fat slap on your own face...



people who uses this phrase just refuse to admit their mistakes..
they just want to 'win' the argument or lessen their guilt after all the trouble they have caused.



afterall, if you think carefully about it, how does kicking up such a big fuss in public reflect on you???? disgusting...



whoever who came up with this 'customer is always right' phrase.
pls kiss my ass!!!
