today is the last of my 3 days off..
pretty upset that my schedule changed cos i planned so much.
for the past few months, i have been contemplating on leaving my job.
but now, given new responsibilities, i would like to give myself one more year.
furthermore, i've got a house that would be ready in 2014!!!
I NEED TO HANG IN THERE!!!!



life has been good so far in year 2011 and i'm really thankful for that.
looking back at 2010, there are still things to be thankful for though it was quite a rough year.


one of which to be thankful for;
THE US TRIP!!!
with my hard earned money, i made a trip to US with fei gek.
just the 2 of us.


the first long trip without my awesome bf.
and him being at the airport to send me off made me miss him even more.
but anyhow, i totally enjoyed the trip with gek.
one thing we have in common - being BRAND FREAKS

we took china eastern instead cos it was so much cheaper than other airlines.

the 2-way ticket only costs us $1400.
we had to transit at shanghai with a 5 hour wait for our next flight.
imagine, no bath, no proper sleep for almost a day!!!
GOODNESS!!!!!

we ate and ate during the 5 hour wait.
had yummylicious cup noodles




rested at some sofa at some secluded area.
maybe gek rested. i totally went into deep sleep!!!

woke up had more food.

when i visit shanghai in oct, i will definitely go back to have some!!!

i cant remember why we shared one.

when we reached JFK, we took a cab and made our way to the hotel...

our one day never bathe face and oily hair...

no proper pic of the room cos gek needed to 'rest her eyes'
and she ended up sleeping for the next hour!!!

when she we woke up, we went straight to the malls!!!

gek wanted to buy boots. but she didn't want to waste $$$ since her fred perry was doing fine.

all the buildings in new york really put in so much effort into decorating during christmas!!!
