looking back, i cant believe that i've been working for about a year already....
there have been many ups and downs.
should i stay on? should i 'jump boat'? should i go back to books? should i look for a ground job?
Anyway, day 2 in hong kong was first spent with ms pang gek teng, cos bf wanted to visit his computer street and he reckoned that i would kp non stop. hence, left me to gek =(
we walked into many high end boutiques, helping her choose a bag for school, had lunch at a Vietnamese restaurant, and shopped for pork's gift...
(hope that lucky pork likes the longchamp as much as i like my mini one)
After hours and hours, gek met up with her family at landmark and i went on to meet bf at central MTR, which we then went to wong tai sin temple...
just fyi, there will be people trying to sell u joss sticks and kim chua outside the mtr, dun buy frm them. cos before u step into the temple u are to throw the kim chua away in the dustbin as its not allowed in. waste $$$....
heard tt this temple is quite 'ling'
though nth very negative was said, i still believe that my destiny lies in my own hands...
take everything that was said with a pinch of salt and dun be too contented with the good that was said to come...
if u don't move forward, u will always be stuck where ever you are in the first place...
they even had a station named after wong tai sin...
after which bf and i made our way to avenue of stars....
i love the breeze, except when taking pictures...
my hair is all over the place...
though the pic i uploaded was a little too small for you to see whose hand print was that...
lol....
film smth???
come sunset, we made our way to temple street...
for something i have been waiting for the whole day...
SHOPPING!!!
i think i should set up one in singapore for all mahjong fanatics..
so that no one would not have enough legs for mahjong...
hee hee... good idea??
there, if u spoke in chinese, u will have the china treatment...
if u spoke in english, u will have the ang moh treatment...
of cos i choose to speak in english...
china treatment = damn rude. damn impatient. damn loud
as usual, the fish...
i still miss the one i had in langkawi...
BEST!!
no sotong this time...
i chose lala instead...
greedy bf...
see the fish??? literally left with bones....
after a satisfying meal.
we went on to ladies street for more shopping...
tung choi street...
i love the way canto speaks...
i know a little through dramas, but i can speak at all....
things in hk are relatively more expensive as compared to shenzhen...
even when u bargain, in shenzhen, u can cut price by more than half..
in hk, no way....
buy buy buy...
shopping queen.....
familiar???
time check, 620pm...
meeting gek ching and glenn in another 30 mins..
gtg prepare...
oh yea... i'm gg to bintan on the 19th to 21st of oct...
hee hee.....
bless me on the amount of pictures i have to upload when i come back...
and i shall try to finish up the hk trip before i leave for bintan...
RGN tmr morning....
i hate work...
