Amazing Thailand

Thanx to my dear i had the chance to go to thailand to do "mad-shopping". cos being the poor soul i am, how was i able to afford the trip by myself?? YES. i know i should save, but somehow all the money in my wallet will suddenly become RECEIPTS!!! anyone has tips on saving?? or tips on earning quick cash??? cos dear plans to go to taiwan soon, and i need to save some $$$

Thailand was a great trip. Especially with dear.
(except the part where he got fed-up with my shopping, leaving him bored stiff)

known as 'fei fei' by many, though i refused to admit tt fact, i was famished. I could not wait for another few hours to touch down at thailand (though the mango sticky rice and tom yum goong was calling for me ) So i settled for some bread and passed time taking pics!!!

I noe i look hideous eating!! but i'm so so so hungry.

Y'noe a hungry women = to an angry women!!!

And how can we miss not taking pictures??

Dear made me take this pic cos he wants to pretend to look lyk Zac Efron...

hahaha.. (dear, try harder. you noe i do love you no matter how you look)

At 6plus, our flight was announed and off we go to queue up at the gate. Oh Man!! i swear... the queue was damn long. Queued for almost 15mins!!

After a 2hrs and 15min flight... Thailand... Here we come!!!

overwhelmed by the signs as if we were like some super-star, we finally found THE ONE!!!

it was really hilarious to suddenly see dear's name on a sign board.

look at how happy the boy is. Kept making me take and re-take pictures of the sign and him...

While waiting for the car to arrive

We Stayed at Asia hotel for the first 2 nights, den we moved over to a hotel at Silom

Asia Hotel was good. But the breakfast was not so great.

On the other hand, Room@Silom aka Trinity Hotel had great breakfast. But the hotel was so-so.

look at how near the BTS is. There is a direct connection frm the hotel to the BTS.

Though the out side of the Hotel may look old and run-down. But the inside is quite nice =)

During our 4 nights at Bangkok, we went to many many places, leaving the hotel as early as 10pm and returning back only after 1am.

On Day 3 before we checked-out, guess who i saw?? MR GLENN CHIA aka "coin-face" and MISS VANUS CHENG...

the feeling of seeing familiar faces in a foreign country feels great!!!

Hence the four of us decide to meet up for dinner at CHINA TOWN...

food in thailand can be so cheap and delicious...

we had pineapple rice, scallop with brocolli, Sharksfin as well as my fav. SOTONG!!!

and guess who ate the most?? Glenn?? nope!!! Glenn had a 'small stomach' that night.

it was dear and i who ate most of the food!!! hahahhaha...

We were FULL and Satisfied =)

If you are wondering what happen to the usual "big-eater" glenn, he saved his stomach for

ICE-CREAM!!! can you believe it??

There!!! he made us step into haagen daaz...

though i was so full, how could i resist ICE-CREAM???

(glenn... if i put on alot of weight, its all your fault!!!)

During our 4 nights at bangkok, dear and i visited many places.

First up is the Zoo

where dear met some of his frens too...

See... dear was gossipping with his "frenz" and made me join them!!!

We also visited many temples and shrines.

the four-faced buddha

Wat-Pho

Lucky Buddha

and the Emerald Buddha.

and the mode of transport we took?? the Tuk-Tuk

being on the tuk-tuk was kinda fun...

better than on the boat at Chao Phrya.

Basically, We I shopped at Platinum Mall, MBK, Suan Lam Night Market and Chaiktujak Market

On Our Last Day, we took the BTS to meet glenn and vanus to go to Chatuchak Market.

Pardon dear's dragonball hairstyle. it was caused by the BTS approaching.

At Chatuchak Market. It was so freaking hot tt all four of us gave up after a few hours!! its realy so big and super stuffy in there. Go there only if you can tolerate the heat and have the patience to find what you want.

After leaving Chatuchak market, Dear and i had to rush to the airport.

our last few pics at BKK airport

GOODBYE BANGKOK

And our last Meal..

Oh... how i miss the food there now!!!!

I wanna go to thailand AGAIN!!!

Looking forward to the next trip...

(only if i can save enough $$... Money pls fall frm the sky!!!)
