DAY 5
-Christmas Eve-
year 2010 was the first time i spent christmas overseas.
and, it was my first white christmas.
all prepared heading out for food!!!
i really miss new york...
the food, the weather...
EVERYTHING...
it was really cold that day..

whoever who stole my gloves ought to get frozen in the cold!!!!!
it was quite scary walking into this fast food outlet.
everyone in there were 'blacks'
kinda intimidating
one thing i love about gek, she enjoys food with me.
even though we always tend to over order, we will try to finish the food together.
a total of 6 small burgers and fries.

walked on over to rockerfeller for some pictures
the pond became an ice skating ring!!!
it has been a long time since i've ice-skated.
the last time was at least 12 years back...

this place has almost all the brands.
imagine isetan, but all the booths are branded shops like chanel, burberry, prada..
from clothes to shoes to bags!!!
i love armani tee shirts.
majority of my shirts are armani...
not for the brand, but for the material...
in sg, it costs approx $75. In us, it only costs approx S$30.
bought bout 4 for myself and 5 for bf..
he is now known as the armani boy in his office..
hahhahaha...
the shopaholics..
but, she is the worst influence when u wanna save $$$.....

love their watches, but i cant afford.
probably next lifetime....
bought a navy tee shirt..
i am a tee shirt and shorts person...
i seldom dress up and i try not to put make up on my off days or when i go on holidays.

took a toilet break at trump tower...
bought nothing..
kinda disappointed with tiff cos my bracelet tarnished so bad that i cant wear it anymore!!!
cant wait for it to open in sg!!!

we walked so much we reached central park...
that is near where the apple store is..

the ipad was selling like hot cakes!!!
walked back to 5th ave to get my ferragamo..

moved on to chanel and that is where i got my GST!!!
super worth it cos i saved at least 1k..
2 of us bought a total of 3 bags and had them shipped to sg.
NO TAX!!!!
even though in sg we were charged tax, its only 7%.
Better than being charged 14% tax there...
patiently waiting to get all the payment and paper work to be done at chanel...
a ferragamo and a chanel...
how can one not be happy???
the shops were all closing early, and we wanted to save $$$ for the woodsbury boxing day sale, so we left 5th ave...
